There’s no turning back and, control freak or not, we just have to accept that our previous world of familiar educational rhythms and routines isn’t coming back any time soon. As the writer, Kahlil Gibran said in a different age: “Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it.” Quite.
So let’s take stock of where we are and where, at some point, we might be. Let’s look at what we might start to control.
