Roz has held a variety of teaching and leadership roles over the last 20 years, having worked with all grade levels from Pre-K to Grade 12 and in both British and American curriculum schools. She is currently the Director of Teaching and Learning at the American International School of Johannesburg where she is leading the school’s move to personalized competency-based education. Roz, who holds a Doctorate in Education, has a special interest in professional learning and provides workshops on a range of topics including middle leadership, assessment, and concept-based learning.
