AISA Service Learning School Programme Award Form

This award honours a school’s curricular service learning programme and is meant to celebrate the successes of AISA member schools in supporting the development of purposeful and impactful embedded service learning experiences in K-12 classrooms.

Each AISA full-member school is invited to nominate only ONE service learning program each year to be considered for this award.
The Service Leader award nomination cannot be the same as the Service Project nomination.
The deadline for submission of names is October 30th.
A plaque and a letter will be sent to the school head to be presented to the award recipient at the school year-end ceremony.

How, and to what effect, has service learning been embedded in a purposeful way this year in your K-12 program?

Teacher advisors will also fill out a final report to account for how funds were used and what impact resulted from winning the award. Final expenditure and impact reports will be due 6 months after winning an AISA Service Award; failure to fill out this report may jeopardize the ability of a school to apply for future Service Awards.
