Hidden Figures: Women in Leadership Building a Stronger Community

In this session, participants discussed the challenges and strategies female leaders have experienced within the field of education. A panel of experienced female school leaders shared their initiatives and actions that have promoted and supported their school communities.

The aim of this session is to bring awareness to challenges experienced by women in leadership positions as well as highlight the initiatives made by female school leaders.

Identify challenges and strategies for female leaders in the field of education
Review AISA values and strategies to implement and share with school stakeholders and the wider community
