This webinar was particularly targeting schools that may be considering joining Cohort 2 of the Online wellbeing Programme for their staff in Semester 2. In this webinar, we explored how the programme is being implemented in an AISA member school and the early signs of its impact.
International schools are disproportionately tasked with the responsibility of supporting community members’ mental health; this is particularly the case in many AISA school communities where there are simply no local mental health resources available.
COVID has pushed us all to the brink of our internal resources, so how can schools support the wellbeing of their community? Just a few months ago, AISA launched the Online Staff Wellbeing Toolkit, a self-paced programme schools can use to foster the wellbeing of its staff.
