All teachers working on a contract basis with VHS Learning receive a per-student stipend for each student they teach. Payment is made to the teacher at the end of each semester/term upon receipt of an invoice from the contractor to VHS Learning. The contractor receives a 1099 tax form at the end of the calendar year for contract payments they have received.
