Our professional learning programme is designed by and for our members to ensure relevance, impact and context. Made up of representatives from AISA member schools, the design team works throughout the year to analyse PL needs and priorities from across our schools, design a multi-modal programme including the annual conference, virtual workshops and onsite institutes, and evaluates all that we do to ensure we improve every year. Design team members volunteer their time and expertise in addition to having full time jobs.
For the 2023-24 school year, we have changed our membership rules so members leaving AISA member schools can remain on the design team to ensure we have continuity and the right expertise in our group.
