Description

Leading for Lift-Off: Setting Your Team Up for a Strong Start

11 September 2025

The beginning of the school year is a pivotal moment. As a school leader, your ability to guide staff into a positive, productive rhythm can have long-term impacts on morale, retention, and student outcomes. This session explores what the modern educator needs to feel grounded and energized—using current research and real-world case studies. We’ll examine actionable strategies to support staff wellbeing, including the importance of psychological safety, clear boundaries, and communications and transparency. Leaders will walk away with practical tools to foster an environment that values both performance and sustainability from day one.

Start Strong: A Practical Toolkit for a Sustainable School Year

18 September 2025

A great school year starts with intention. This interactive session gives educators the space to reflect and recalibrate before the busyness of the year kicks off. Together, we’ll explore simple, evidence-based practices that support boundary-setting, sustainable work habits, and connection with colleagues. Participants will walk away with a clearer understanding of what they need to thrive professionally, and how to build routines that prioritize both excellence and wellbeing. This is not a lecture, it’s a chance to gather, reflect, and start the year grounded and connected.
