POSTED: August 17, 2021Category: NewsBY: Steve

Are you the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Child Protection Lead for your school? Or, are you a member of your school’s Child Protection Team?

AISA is facilitating a Child Protection Practice Group to support educators and leaders within the AISA community that are committed to working proactively to create safe learning environments so that students can thrive.

The aim of the group is to:

  • function as a peer group in which issues, cases, and advice can be discussed
  • facilitate an exchange of resources, ideas, and initiatives
  • invite subject matter experts to provide training and support
  • promote self-care and reflective practices

This online group will meet monthly and be facilitated by Chanel Worsteling, AISA’s Child Protection & Wellbeing Programme Manager.

Click Here to apply to join the 2021-22 AISA Child Protection Practice Group. If you would like more information about this initiative, please contact Chanel Worsteling

Applications are due on 20 August 2021.
