AISA Membership Application

Applicant Details

School Membership Form

Please fill out this application form in full.

Be sure to upload the required documentation that supports your application.

We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your application. If it meets the minimum membership criteria, AISA will send you an invoice for the processing fee of $150.

Both the application document and application payment receipt will then be sent on to the AISA Board Membership Committee for their consideration.

The Executive Director will notify you of the Board decision immediately following the Board’s action.

If your membership application is approved, AISA will send you an invoice for applicable annual membership dues for the period. You will need to pay the annual membership fee within 1 month of approval communication from AISA in order to activate your membership.

Note that AISA does not offer partial or prorated membership subscriptions. Membership year runs from July 1st – to June 30th.

AISA will review your eligibility and respond to you within five (5) working days. If approved, we will give you access to the AISA registration system to enable you to register for learning events.

AISA will send you a combined invoice for the event registration fees and the annual individual membership fee of US$ 100.00.
