AISA Associate Member, Pearson, has published high-quality International Baccalaureate (IB) resources for nearly 20 years. Pearson’s offerings span the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and Career-related Programme (CP).

With 25 subjects covered, 148 expertly written textbooks and over 4,000 interactive learning activities, Pearson’s resources provide a comprehensive and effective toolkit to support learners throughout their IB journey.

Resources for the IB Diploma Programme, developed in cooperation with the IB

Since 2022, Pearson has been publishing in cooperation with the IB and are proud to be an official co-publisher for the IB Diploma Programme for a range of resources, including:

  • New The Exhibition Game: TOK in the World – the only game that supports TOK assessment, created by TOK expert Sue Bastian with author Robin Press to help students prepare for their Internal Assessment.
  • Brand-new IB DP Psychology Textbook – the latest edition of our popular Psychology title provides full coverage of the subject guide for first assessment in 2027.
  • A new 3rd edition IB DP Environmental Systems and Societies textbooks – fully updated for the latest 2024 subject guide and packed with real-world examples to boost critical thinking.
  • Brand-new IB DP Global Politics textbook – matched to the syllabus outline to provide great flexibility, it helps learners connect global politics to real-world applications and offers extensive support for the 2026 assessment.
  • IB DP Biology, Chemistry and Physics textbooks – for first assessment in 2025 and available as separate Standard Level and Higher Level editions to ensure every student has the right content for their learning journey, at the right time

Additional highlights from our IB portfolio:

  • Pearson’s resources for the Middle Years Programme include International Mathematics for the Middle Years. Mapped to the new curriculum, has over 98% of the content matching the latest subject guide.
  • The IB Primary Years Programme is built on an inquiry-based framework, focusing on transdisciplinary themes and developing the skills that children need to become inquirers, both at school and beyond.
