Thank you for attending the 2023 AISA Conference

POSTED: November 7, 2023Category: GeneralBY: AISA P9

Umoja, a Swahili word, best translated as oneness, the principle and practice of togetherness. What an appropriate theme this was for our AISA 2023 Conference, held in Nairobi, Kenya early in October. We came together from across the African continent, with unique stories and experiences, and through sharing, collaborating, and learning, we found strength and empowerment in oneness.

There are so many people to thank, from the organisers to our host, the International School of Kenya, our sponsors to our exhibitors, and our facilitators to all the delegates who helped make this conference such an enriching experience.

Highlights included the launch of the AISA DEIJ Guide, Pathways to Transformation at the DEIJ Symposium, inspiring keynote addresses at the conference’s opening and closing plenaries, the diverse selection of workshops, the bustling exhibitors’ tent and the glamourous gala dinner.

The AISA 2024 Conference will be hosted in Cape Town, South Africa. Stay connected with AISA for more details.
