GEC Explainer

We are the Global Equality Collective (GEC).

The Global Equality Collective (GEC) is a collective of diversity and inclusion experts and the creators of the GEC Platform.

The GEC Platform is a cloud based analytical tool for schools and educational organisations allowing them to tackle diversity and inclusion before it’s too late.

Our simple intuitive platform highlights successes and gaps for nurseries, schools and colleges, providing an evidence-based and practical road map for diversity and inclusion.

Since launching, the GEC Platform has reached hundreds of schools & colleges, across 20 countries - impacting on 170,000+ students, globally.

We are now researching and piloting the GEC Platform with AISA schools globally. In 2023 we are now evolving to include student voice too, to be the first to understand how staff and students' intersectional voices matter when it comes to DEI.

Learning Supported by Global Equality Collective (GEC)

The GEC Platform simplifies the process of working towards diversity, equity and inclusion initially with 2 simple award-winning and academically tested check-box surveys; one self-assessment for the leadership of your organisation, and one staff survey (with inbuilt Anti-Racist monitors and the Modern Sexism Scale), for all members of staff from site team to SLT. Results are immediate with recommendations for each and every question and statement, all quality assured by the Global Equality Collective.

Next, plan your personalised DEI road map with the ‘GEC Action Plan’ with these evidence-based recommendations and our ‘Netflix’ style training hub, the ‘GEC Library’ boasting over 230 CPD materials for all of your staff, for the entirety of your GEC Membership.

Get your D&I together. We have reached over 170,000 students across 200+ schools & colleges since launching in 2022.

We have partnered with AISA and have 10 AISA schools currently piloting the GEC Platform to review attitudes to DEI in African international schools. We welcome you to also come join the GEC and let's body pop DEI across your organisation!
