A Tree That Grows

A Tree That Grows selects 30 Volunteer Fellows (ages 16-18) working to build a more just & inclusive world. Fellows build their skills as social entrepreneurs through project coaching and mentorship.

Professional biography

Teen changemakers (ages 16-18) are selected through a competitive admissions process to develop their skills as social entrepreneurs & create  online impact projects that support communities globally.

The Volunteer Fellows receives individual coaching, mentorship and  work with a Masters level team to design the project and access lessons on social entrepreneurship and international development. 

Learning Supported by A Tree That Grows

A Tree That Grows supports each of our Fellows to identify their unique story, skill and passion and then help them tailor these strengths into a unique impact project that we share with colleges and communities globally. 

We help each Volunteer Fellow : 

  • Scale their unique impact project  with a network of selected global changemakers & impact partners

 

  • Strengthen their extracurricular & leadership portfolio + build knowledge on international development & social entrepreneurship

 

  • Improve their ability to share their skills, story & passion for the impact project on essays, Interviews, applications, scholarships etc.

 

  • Access social and emotional support throughout the process and even after fellowship during university 

 

  • Begin university with less stress and more purpose
