Have you ever felt challenged by how to improve the well-being and happiness of your students in your classroom and across the whole school community? Not only that but actually where to start and how to make it happen? Or do you feel you have a good well-being program in place, but you want to take it to the next level? The great news is that you are not alone.

Join world-renowned presenter Dale Sidebottom as he shares the best play-based research, activities, and games to enhance your school’s mental well-being.

Active learners are healthy learners and play is central to learning for children and adults. This workshop is for teachers through Kindergarten to Grade 12. Participants will explore learning experiences that integrate mental health and wellness into classroom and groups. This workshop helps educators bring mindfulness, gratitude, joy and social connection into their classrooms.

As a result of attending this institute, participants can expect to learn about:
