Description

Join the AISA Women in Leadership meetings to gain practical strategies and fresh perspectives, build meaningful connections with other women in leadership across Africa and shape the discussions to address the topics that matter most to you. Together, we’ll create a powerful, supportive community that celebrates and strengthens women in leadership.

Whether you are navigating leadership challenges, aspiring to step into a leadership role, or simply looking for a supportive network, these meetings will provide the tools, inspiration, and connections you need to thrive. Kick-off with us in February as we set the topics for the rest of the semester. This first session will be a collaborative opportunity to share your insights and identify the leadership topics that resonate most with our community.

The monthly meetings are designed to be an interactive and empowering space designed to inspire, connect, and grow together. Each meeting will center around interactive discussions on key leadership topics. Expect dynamic sessions to include but not be limited to:

  • Case Studies: Learn from real-world examples and analyze leadership challenges
  • Exercises: Engage in hands-on activities to hone your leadership skills
  • Resource Sharing: Exchange tools, tips, and strategies with a supportive network
  • Community Building: Foster connections with like-minded women committed to personal and professional growth

The sessions will take place at 2:00 PM GMT on the following dates:
