During this webinar, we will discuss the shifts in pedagogy and what Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is, and the impact it has on learning, workforce development, and future wellbeing.

The objective of this webinar is to:

  1. Provide schools with an introduction to SEL.
  2. Explain the importance of SEL, especially during the pandemic.
  3. Show how Edmentum can support SEL.

    Jen joined Edmentum as the Learning Designer for Social-Emotional Learning after 30+ years of work with youth in educational and community settings. As a teacher, administrator, and trainer, her passion has been to help educators develop an understanding of the importance of social and emotional learning and build trauma-informed responses and systems. This work has included supporting youth, administrators, and schools in understanding behaviour and implementing transformational change through strength-based approaches.
