By joining this Deep Dive, we will come together to support one another, build our personal and professional resilience, and improve our self-efficacy. We intend for this experience to give you the time and space to practice resilience so that you can nurture that same well-being for yourself and others. Through personal narrative activities, social support strategies, and sharing participants will build adult social and emotional competencies to become more resilient and efficacious.

Participants will gain a renewed sense of resilience, self-efficacy, and intention by embedding and building evidence-based practices to create connected and vibrant school communities.

The AISA online Deep Dives are a balanced mix of Synchronous (interactive online learning involving external expert and peer to peer collaboration) and Asynchronous (distance, self-paced and peer-to-peer learning) learning facilitated over a period of 5 weeks.
