Description

The AISA Leadership Design Challenge is FREE for AISA members. You must LOG IN to your profile on this website to register.

This learning event is designed to promote co-creation and sharing across our network of schools. Participants will work in school-based teams to identify an initiative and then engage in the development of a functional prototype. These final products will be shared with all participants at the end of the event.

As a result of participating at this institute, attendees can expect to:

  • Identify a range of initiatives currently being implemented across AISA schools
  • Access a range of functioning prototypes created by their peers
  • Grow their professional learning network of AISA school leaders

Participants will identify current initiatives, challenges or issues they want to address, garner feedback from the wider community and build functioning proto-types to share with all. This challenge will combine both synchronous and asynchronous experiences with the ISS CHALLENGES platform.

Heads of School can bring together individuals from the school community that offer insights and creative possibilities to form a team for this institute. Teams should have between 3 – 6 members and can draw upon other leaders in the school, board members, teachers, parents or students.
