Description

School advancement can encompass admissions, communications, community relations and development/fundraising, all highly valuable elements that benefit an international school community. How do we ensure that advancement is recognized and valued for its contributions to the success of a learning institution? This is particularly challenging when there is a small team or one individual responsible for multiple aspects of advancement.

With a focus on admissions, communications and community relations, the institute will allow participants to dig into their own practice, learn from others and grow their professional profile and confidence while enjoying amazing Ethiopian coffee and culture!

As a result of participating at this institute, attendees can expect to:

  • Increase their network of counterparts in the region
  • Reflect on their current practice
  • Come away with new ideas to implement in their schools
