The AISA Global Issues Service Summit (AISA-GISS) will take place from 13 - 15 February 2025 at the International School of Uganda in Kampala.
Hosted by the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA) in collaboration with the International School of Uganda (ISU), this AISA Global Issues Service Summit (AISA-GISS) will take place from 13 – 15 February 2025 in the lively city of Kampala.
AISA-GISS is not just an ordinary conference but an immersive experience that aims to inspire and empower participants to make a positive difference in their communities. It offers a unique opportunity for students to embark on a journey of self-discovery, leadership development, and personal growth that will shape their lives and create a lasting impact.
The theme of the 2025 AISA-GISS is “Kola Kati,” which translates to “Act Now” in Luganda. This theme was chosen by the ISU student leaders to emphasize the importance of taking immediate action, whether big or small. During the conference, we will focus on engaging in projects and partnerships that are already in place at ISU, ensuring sustainability and meaningful service. Moreover, the summit aims to inspire students to continue taking action even after the event, building on the knowledge and motivation gained during the summit.
