
The much-anticipated 2023 AISA Conference is taking place from 7 to 9 October 2023 at the International School of Kenya (ISK)! We are excited about the International School Services (ISS) sessions that will be taking place throughout the conference.
The ISS is a leading nonprofit organisation with over 65 years of experience in international education. They provide a comprehensive suite of services to international schools and educators that include professional development, school start-up, management and operations.

- Pursuing, Defining, & Leading our Pathways for Transformation on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice in International Schools
ISS Director of DEIJ, Joel Jr Llaban, will present this series aimed at building capacity for all learning leaders in schools to design equitable and inclusive learning environments.
- Leveraging Generative AI across K-12
ISS Chief Innovation Officer, John Burns, will host this collaborative effort which aims to equip participants with valuable insights into the potential of generative AI, enabling them to spearhead its implementation in their respective domains and contribute to the evolution of K-12 education.
- Embracing Innovation and Change in K-12 Schools
This interactive workshop, with ISS Chief Innovation Officer John Burns, will equip participants with the knowledge and tools to support their ongoing leadership of contemporary learning programmes.
- Strategic Planning for School Improvement
A discovery workshop with Dr Tom Hawkins, the Vice President of School Startup, Management, and Operations, Director of Leadership Searches, Dr Nadine Richards, and Director of Global Recruitment Business Strategy and Development, Pauline O’Brien, will focus on how strategic planning can help you and your leadership team focus efforts to execute school improvement effectively.
