From Discomfort to Change, a Recap on Session 2 of the DEIJ Collaborative

The AISA DEIJ Collaborative meeting on 18 October 2023, focused on topics covered in the second chapter of the AISA DEIJ Guide: Pathways to Transformation, Strategic Thinking.

Participants in the session discussed how to integrate DEIJ at a strategic level, touching upon governance, leadership, readiness to implement DEIJ, and human resource practices that foster a DEIJ-oriented atmosphere within your school. You can hear the rich dialogue, shared stories, and case studies in the session recording below. Participants shared their thoughts on the session:
