Our Radical Dream

AISA

In an effort to support schools on their journey to creating more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and just (DEIJ) school communities for educators and students, AISA has embarked on an ambitious project to create a DEIJ Guide that will signpost how schools can develop and further their DEIJ goals.

But we need your help. It is important to us that this guide reflect the hopes and dreams you have for how international schools might be, should our radical dream of fully diverse, equitable, inclusive and just schools be realised.

How might you reimagine your international school? What would a school that fully embraced DEIJ look and feel like? How might this be different from your school today?

We are inviting all AISA members (staff and students) to share your radical dream for international schools –this might take the form of a:

  • story
  • video blog
  • poem or spoken word piece
  • song
  • piece of art, image, or photo

Essentially, we welcome any submission that communicates your hope and vision for the future of international schools. Submissions will be included in the AISA DEIJ Guide which will be freely available to international schools globally.

Be part of the change and help us make change happen.
